Jason has an extensive sales background beginning in the early 1990s as a wine representative for many wineries from around the world. During the late 90s he transitioned into a leading sales development role with a national corporate housing company that was later sold to a large public corporation. In 2000 he joined a streaming audio company based in Seattle, WA that was acquired by Nokia. After taking some time to travel throughout Europe and parts of the United States, Jason determined that this was his opportunity to pursue his passion of real estate. After a year of working at a large real estate broker where he met Michael Holmes, the two determined there was an opportunity to start a hybrid real estate company that in many ways would be a boutique discount real estate service offering high end features and services at a low fee.

Michael originally began his working career as a builder in 1989. With both residential and commercial construction experience, he pursued building for 13 years which included owning and operating Holmes Construction LLC.
In 1992, Michael decided to start investing in real estate and has been adding to his real estate investment portfolio ever since. These investments sparked his interest in real estate and eventually led to his departure from building and a pursuit in a full time real estate career. It was at this point that Michael joined a large brokerage firm in 2002. It was there that Michael met Jason Scott who shared the same vision to create a Full Service For Less real estate company which resulted in the creation of Lowest Fee Real Estate.
